Returns & Warranty Policy

At Omvay, we want you to shop with complete confidence. Every device we sell is professionally tested and verified before shipping. If for any reason you’re not satisfied, we’ve made it easy to return or claim warranty on your purchase.


30-Day Return Policy

We offer a 30-day return policy on all orders. If you’re not happy with your purchase for any reason, contact us within 30 days of delivery and we’ll take care of it.

To be eligible for a return, your device must:

  • Be returned within 30 days of the delivery date
  • Be in the same condition it was received
  • Have no passcode, iCloud lock, or Google account lock active
  • Include all accessories and packaging it came with
  • Show no signs of physical damage, drops, or liquid exposure caused after delivery

How to start a return:

  1. Email us at info@omvay.com with your order number and reason for return
  2. We will respond within 48 hours with return instructions
  3. Ship the device back to us
  4. Once received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method

Please note: If the inspection finds the device has been damaged after delivery, used beyond normal evaluation, or is missing accessories, the return may be rejected and the device sent back to you.


90-Day Warranty

All refurbished, open box, and used devices purchased from Omvay come with a 90-day warranty against hardware and software defects.

What is covered:

  • Hardware defects or failures under normal use
  • Software defects or failures not caused by user error
  • Any functional issue present at the time of delivery

What is NOT covered:

  • Physical damage caused by drops, impact, or pressure after delivery
  • Liquid or water damage after delivery
  • Cosmetic damage such as scratches or scuffs from normal wear and tear
  • Damage caused by unauthorized third-party repairs or modifications
  • Lost or corrupted data
  • Cracked screens caused by user mishandling

Important: The warranty becomes void if the device has been opened, repaired, or modified by a third party.

How to make a warranty claim:

  1. Email us at info@omvay.com with your order number and a description of the issue
  2. Include at least 4 clear photos showing the defect
  3. We will respond within 48 hours with next steps
  4. Depending on the nature of the defect, we will offer a replacement of the same model and condition, or a full refund

New & Open Box Devices

For New and Open Box devices, you may return your unopened and undamaged item within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.


Shipping

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the device arrived damaged or faulty
  • We recommend using a tracked shipping service for all returns
  • Omvay is not responsible for devices lost or damaged during return shipping
